NetHandiCap is sports golf software for serious golfers. Through a small annual fee you can calculate your USGA Handicap Index or a recreational golf handicap. Only 20% of the golfers calculate golf handicap to get their USGA handicap index at a private club. USGA requires that to start a club, members must be within 50 miles of the town. NetHandicap.com has setup one in 50 cities across the United States. You can even start a club at NetHandicap.com, if you outside the 50 miles, if you can find 10 people to form a group.
