ShoppingAds is a large Pay Per Click network that displays a product image and the best price they found on their shopping comparison site. ShoppingAds is not a contextual ad system, therefore you must choose keywords for each ad that best target your website. Initially all publishers start out as Cost per action, but once your account is automatically reviewed within days and they determine your account qualifies, you will paid cost per click for all U.S and Canada traffic and cost per action for the rest.
Payouts: Pay per click (varies by Ad) or Cost per Action (Varies). Payouts are done by paypal only when account balance reaches $50. They also have a 2 tier affiliate program, with a 30 day cookie that pays 5% of the affiliate earnings you refer for the first 6 months.
Ad network: In House
Affiliate Membership Requirements: Auto approval set at cost per action. Manual review before eligible for the pay per click option.
Pros: Works well for certain website niches. No limit to how many ad units per page. Can be used together with Adsense. Payments by Paypal.
Cons: Most niches will find it less profitable than Adsense pay per click network, due to lower click payout rate and poorer ad targeting.
